JUNE 6, 2025 – The Hollywood Reporter has named three Davis Wright Tremaine partners—Carrie Casselman, Elizabeth McNamara, and Rachel Strom—to its annual list of the top entertainment lawyers in New York.
Observing that DWT "sure has range," the magazine noted McNamara's defense of CBS in high-stakes litigation with the Trump Administration, Strom's successful defense of ABC and the creators of "Abbott Elementary" in a copyright suit, and Casselman's status as "the go-to for premier theaters" and her work serving "as counsel for financiers investing millions in 2025's Broadway season."
This is McNamara's fourth appearance on the annual list and second consecutive appearance by Casselman and Strom.
Earlier this year, Los Angeles partner Nicolas Jampol was named to THR's national Power Lawyers list.
